(1) - 5 Gallon pail covers approximately 2000 Sq.Ft. on slick finish concrete and approximately 1500 Sq.Ft. on broom finish, textured, or stamped concrete. Coverage is for one coat. Usually 2 coats are preferable.

Which means that at the recommended 2 coats: Coverage is 1000 Sq.Ft. Interior and 750 Sq.Ft. Exterior.

For Use Interior / Exterior.

Advanced Formula Water Base Sealer is Pure Acrylics, over 25% Solids, and was over 4 years in Development before being released.
Satin to Low Gloss appearance allows for more natural look and doesn't give the overpowering too darkened wet look like solvent based sealers do. Brings out the natural colors better, including their subtle nuances.
Can be Waxed for High Gloss if desired, both Interior and Exterior when using Top Shield Mop on Wax.
Faster Application means not only that it can be applied by either sprayer or roller, but also that the concrete does not have to be bone dry as solvent base sealers require.
Faster Drying, 1 - 2 hours between coats and 10 - 24 hours before waxing or allowing traffic.
High Traffic with excellent abrasion resistance.
UV Resistant Non Yellowing and excellent blush resistance.
Breathable Sealer means that water trapped in the concrete or wicking up through the concrete can still escape. Better for the sealer and better for the concrete. Long Live Your Decorative Concrete!
Low VOC's Complies with all EPA and VOC regulations in all States of the United States and Canada.
Low Odor means you can use it Interior without having to get a motel room, or stay at your mother in law's, for the night.
Acceptable for use in USDA Inspected Facilities.
Less Slippery than most solvent based sealers means that a traction additive is usually not needed, and especially not when you're waxing with Top Shield mop on wax, which has traction characteristics built in.
